    Greeted in drive thru by a deep voice, stating to order when ready. Ordered a Whopper meal, plain, with a Sprite.  Was asked if I wanted cheese, by a higher voice, and said no. Was told to pull forward.

    Pulled up to the first window to pay, and wanted to make sure the order was entered plain, because the screen in drive thru never displayed my order, just the advertisement display. When I asked the woman if it was entered plain, she instantly became irritated. When speaking to other workers over her headset about the change to my order, she said it with a very irritated tone.

    When I pulled to the last window, I heard one of the workers tell the person bagging about how my Whopper needed to be plain. It was a different worker, but they seemed irritated as well. Received my food and left.

    I worked at a McDonald's for 6 years, working every position possible. I understand being irritated for something, but when I worked there, I understood that I can make mistakes. The attitude of the staff made it seem like it was my fault, even though I know I specifically ordered it plain. I felt the need to check that my food wasn't spat it, but I will not ever be returning to this BK again.

    So I sit in the drive thru at Burger King on Atlanta Hwy, not only did it take forever for them to take my order, they took forever giving me my change back, cause of side conversations and shit, mind you I'm on my lunch break and after all the horrible customer service I get my food and my burger had no damn cheese on. Wtf.. so I'm pissed off. I don't have money to just throw to the winds so I miss my break. No lunch cause of those idiots and the customer service was horrible. So at 7 I will take this cold ass burger back to them and they better give me my damn money back. I shouldn't have even given them stupid hoes one star.

    I usually go to Burger King with my mom because that's her favorite place but this location will never see me again. Why? Because I found over 4 gray hairs in my food! I mean come on now . I can try to over look one but 4! My hair is black and of a rougher texture so I know when it's my hair falling or someone elses! I used to love Burger King but they really need to either put hair nets on and check the food that's all.
